24 of the Top 40 Athletes Received Penalty and Scoring Adjustments in 20.3

After review, the following athletes in the top 40 have received penalties and scoring adjustments for Open Workout 20.3:

♀ Sara Sigmundsdottir – Minor penalty for lack of extension in deadlifts

♀ Tia-Clair Toomey – Minor penalty for lack of extension in deadlifts

♀ Jamie Greene – Minor penalty for lack of extension in deadlifts

♀ Brooke Wells – Minor penalty for lack of extension in deadlifts

♀ Alanna Fisk – Minor penalty for lack of extension in deadlifts

♀ Bethany Shadburne – Minor penalty for lack of extension in deadlifts

♀ Alizee Andreani – Minor penalty for failure to meet range-of-motion standards in handstand push-up

♀ Marisa Flowers – Minor penalty for lack of extension in deadlifts and hands beginning handstand walks on/over the line

♀ Paige Henry – Minor penalty for hands beginning multiple handstand walks on/over the line

♂ Lefteris Theofanidis – Minor penalty for failure to meet range-of-motion standards in handstand push-up

♂ Tyler Christophel – Minor penalty for lack of extension in deadlifts

20.3 Scorecard:”This workout begins with the barbell on the floor and the athlete standing tall. After the call of “3, 2, 1 … go,” the athlete may perform 21 deadlifts, then move to the wall for 21 handstand push-ups, then complete 15 deadlifts and 15 handstand push-ups, then 9 deadlifts and 9 handstand push-ups. 

The following athletes received a penalty for a false start:

Women: Sabrina Caron, Gabriela Migala, Camilla Salmonsson Hellman, and Paige Henry

Men: Scott Tetlow, Alexandre Caron, and Samuel Cournoyer
