Eight-time CrossFit Games veteran, new dad, and fan-favorite Scott Panchik will take on Open Workout 21.3 against his little brothers, Saxon, a three-time Games athlete whose best finish was ninth in 2019, and Spencer, a two-time Regional athlete (one team, one individual).

21.4 begins immediately upon completing or reaching the time cap for 21.3
For heaviest load complete the complex of:
  • 1 Deadlift
  • 1 Clean
  • 1 Hang Clean
  • 1 Jerk
7 minute time cap – time begins immediately after finishing 21.3.
