Dave Castro is returning to CrossFit HQ five months after being fired from his position as General Manager of Sport.
Castro supposedly will be returning to work directly with CrossFit affiliates. As of this post no official title was given and CrossFit LLC has not made any official announcement or provide additional information about Castro’s new role.
Craig Howard, the owner of Diablo CrossFit and host of the gathering, is also reporting in a blog post:
Dave Castro is coming back and that is a very good thing for Diablo and all of CrossFit. I’m not sure what his role will be, but I know that he is keenly interested in the success of affiliates and CrossFit and the CrossFit Games – in that order.
