From the Men’s, Women’s, and Legends CrossFit divisions to the first ever Rogue Invitational Strongman competition, Day 1 at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas provided plenty of great moments. This included an insane run by Oleksii Novikov in the Cyr Dumbbell Ladder; an early Pat Vellner vs. Justin Medeiros showdown in the GORUCK event,;and Annie Thorisdottir’s incredible comeback season showing no signs of slowing down.
