Workout
1. Flat bench press – dumbbell – 6-12 x 5 – getting heavier each set.
2. Incline fly – dumbbell – 8-12 x 4 – play around with the angles find what feels best for you.
3. Inverted shoulder press – kettlebell – 8-12 x 4 – this is a great exercise for shoulder stability.
4. Machine lat pull down – 8-12 x 5 – get that scapular set and progressively get heavier.
