This past weekend was the best weekend EVER during bikini prep. I got a full on REFEED day and my coach was nice and let me eat 300g of carbs in one day while adding in a cheat meal. So of course you know I ate a damn delicious burger. YUM! Check out my refeed day… and see if I cheated or not!
