STRONGER THAN A GAMES ATHLETE! – My CrossFit Total

+++++++++ Am I Stronger than a games athlete? ++++++++++
This week I attempt Event 3 of the CrossFit Games – The CrossFit Total!
The CrossFit total is your 1 rep max Squat, Overhead press and Deadlift all added together to give a combined total.
Let’s face it, who doesn’t love to lift heavy! We gave ourselves 4 attempts on each lift.
