HOW TO GET A BIG BACK

THE WORKOUT:
1. Strict Pullups (10-20 reps for warmup)
2. Bent Over Barbell Row (3-4 sets, 10-12 reps)
3. Supersetted Lat Pulldowns (3-4 sets, 10 reps per movement)
4. Standing Lat Pulldowns, Superset with shoulder blade flyes
5. Shotgun pulls supersetted with DB Rows
