Decided to do a more raw leg workout for you guys. I always say how I’m doing three leg days a week, but I feel like I don’t have that much leg workout footage. So here it is, my whole leg workout routine for the day. This is pretty usual for my friday leg workouts. It doesn’t change too much. Felt really good on deadlifts and went pretty heavy. Then went to higher volume like I usually do.
