NO CHICKEN| BACK AND SHOULDERS| CARDIO

Sorry I’ve kind of been slacking on the videos guys. We’re back now! I’m going to try to keep uploading as consistently as possible, but school is going to be starting soon. I’m thinking once it starts the videos will be about once every week. In this video we did some heavy squats to start of the video, and we got some free food from Qdoba. Then I have a whole back and shoulder workout for you guys, and finally a little bit of relaxing and some cardio. I hope you guys enjoy the video.
