SUMMER SHREDDING| 2 DAYS OUT

Crazy to think that my show happened over a month ago. Looking back at the footage of prep makes me miss it. Just the sheer grind that it took. There has never been a time that I worked harder for something. This video is of two days out from my show and my second to last workout before the show. I was by far the leanest I have ever been. You’ll see my weight in the video, but that is also while drinking 2-3 gallons of water a day. So that adds about 6-8 lbs I would say. Either way I was crazy lean. I hope you all enjoy the video.
