Only 3 days out from the show! We hit our last leg day. Wasn’t anything too crazy and didn’t push myself super hard. We still did get some good volume in though and had a good workout. Cardio is tapering down a lot and is much more manageable. I also prepped a ton of food for the day before show day and show day. I will be eating a ton of sweet potatoes and ground turkey. Keeping it healthy, but eating a lot more carbs. I hope you all enjoy the video.
