SUMMER SHREDDING| 4 DAYS OUT

We are officially 4 days out! Cardio is starting to taper off and it was the best feeling ever. We were still hitting low weigh ins even with the higher calories. The pumps for the workouts were crazy and I was so much better. Only a couple days left to finish out until the show. Calories also tapered off a little bit until show day. Still drinking a ton of water and then cutting it out on show day and limiting to one gallon the day before show day. Workout is down below if you all would like to try it. -Cable Bent Over Row 4×15-20

-Seated Cable Row
-Lat Pulldown 4×10-12 drop set another 10 reps
-Single Arm Row 4×10-12

BICEPS
(Superset)
-Incline Dumbbell Curls 4×10-12
-Dumbbell Hammer Curls 4×10-12

-Spider Curls 4×10-15
