SUMMER SHREDDING| 5 DAYS OUT

Peak Week is finally here! Going to be doing a video for each day of peak week. Showing you all what I are and the macros that I hit. My carbs were the highest on this day (Monday) of peak week. They tapered down throughout the week until show day. But the reason you do this is to fill out before show day. You want to be able to get a pump on stage and look full. I am still pretty new to this, but feel like it went well. I hope you all enjoy the raw aspect of these videos leading up to my show and then the workout edits as well. They take a little bit of time but they are fun to make. I will also have all the workout posted here in the description if anyone wants to try them. They are a little bit lighter on volume and weight compared to my normal workouts, just because I didn’t want to push it too much right before my show. But try them out if you would like, they are still great workouts.
Workout:
CHEST PORTION
– Flat Dumbbell Bench 5×20, 18, 16, 12-14, 8-12
(Superset)
-Incline Barbell Press 4×10-15
-Cable Fly (High to Low) 4×10-15
(Superset)
-Wide Chest Press 4×10-12
-Narrow Chest Press 4×10-12
SHOULDER PORTION
-Overhead Press in front and behind head (Alternating) 4×18-20, 15-18, 10-15, 8-12
(Superset)
-Arnold Press 4×10-15
-Lateral Raise 4×10-15
TRICEPS PORTION
-Modified Tricep Extension 4×10-15
-Overhead Extension 4×10-15
