This video shows the highs and lows of my second to last week of prep. During this whole week I was had really low carbs and calories overall. I was doing on average probably about and hour and a half of cardio plus a two hour workout each day. It was the hardest week of my life. The hardest I ever pushed myself. But looking back, I can say that I have no regrets. I don’t think there is any way I could have done anymore. And that is what it is all about. I am proud to say that I finished as strong as possible. You will see in the video how hard this really was for me. I usually try not to complain and get emotional in my videos, but this is one of the few times you will see me do that. I just put everything I had into this prep. I hope you all enjoy the video and understand that THIS IS NOT HEALTHY. I FELT HORRIBLE. AND IT IS NOT MAINTAINABLE. I only did this for a very short period of time to look as good as possible on stage. Was it worth it? To me? YES, ABSOLUTELY. I set my mind to this and I did it without any regrets. Do I recommend it? Probably not. It depends on what you are doing it for and how far you are willing to push yourself. Having said that, I hope you all enjoy the video.
