The Most Effective Back Workout at the East Coast Mecca: Bev Francis Powerhouse

It is SO important to train your back from ALL angles (vertical, horizontal, diagonally, etc!) and ALL rep ranges. I usually do 1 heavy back day and 1 light back day (this day was my light back day, usually I’ll do supersets for it with a total of 25-30 reps but I wanted to test every machine out that day so I stayed in the 15 rep range!!)
