THESE ARE WEIGHTS I MOVE… NOT THE SAME FOR EVERYONE, FIND A WEIGHT THATS GOOD BUT CHALLENGING FOR YOU

Arm Curl Triple Dropset
3 sets each with 3 sets inside
1st set- 6 reps/heavy (90-100lbs), 8 reps/Mid-light(90-80lbs), 10 reps/light(70-60lbs)
2nd set-same as above but decrease weight by 5-10
3rd set- sane as above decrease weight or stay the same
