THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: 1-PLANK JACK TO JUMP SQUAT, 2-POP SQUATS, 3-LATERAL SHUFFLE, 4-SQUAT TO HIGH KNEES
5-BUTT KICKSl, depending on your weight, height and fitness level you can take longer or resting time max 40 seconds rest.

Is no problem if you are a beginner at training or if you never train before. This workout will hit your full body: abs, triceps, shoulders and other part of your body in just 10 minutes, Real fast workout that you can do in any apartment.

Don’t worry going back to the gym for now, this workout will help you to keep you on point along with other workout in this CHANNEL.

No Equipment necessary and not much space needed : If you need much longer resting time – TAKE THEM! Don’t worry too much about that. You will get better at it 🙂 that’s the best feeling!
