20 MINUTES FLEXIBILITY ROUTINE – DEEP STRETCH – (Stretches for the Inflexible and go Deep)-DAY 6/27

Welcome to your 20 minutes deep stretch session! A well-balanced workout also includes sufficient rest, recovery and balancing stretching routine in the agenda
You will be doing some yoga movements that can help you to stay away fro injuries. we are starting with JUMPING JACKS as warm up.

You should know and be Aware! That this routine you can do it at home, apartment and pretty much anywhere! Just you, the music, your breath and a little beep here and there to show you the next exercise. Even if it’s only once try these outside your place and you will feel the flow.
It will be different – I am convinced of that. Because when it’s quiet outside, it often gets really loud inside.

THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: -JUMPING JACKS, 1-FORWARD HOLD, 2-WIDE S.SEATED FORWARD BEND , 3-SEATED FORWARD BEND, 4-RIGHT LEG FORWARD BEND, 5-LEFT LEG FORWARD BEND, 6-RIGHT SEATED TORSO TWIST, 7-LEFT SEATED TORSO TWIST, 8-RIGHT LEG HIP FLEXOR STRETCH, 9-LEFT LEG HIP FLEXOR STRETCH and will help to stretch quads, hip , hamstring and others

This follow along FLEXIBILITY workout ROUTINE will help with your goal of building your flexibility (check out my customize meal plans for better results according to your goals!), However, to be effective in accomplishing your goals, you can add this routine to your home workout paired with a few of the other follow along workouts on this channel to get you to your body goals! Also, this workout will increase your lower back flexibility along with your lower body tremendously!

VERY IMPORTAN: Dynamic stretch before start your daily workout and Static after your workout!
