This routine it may look very easy but is not However, to be effective in accomplishing your goals, you can add this routine to your home workout paired with a few of the other follow along workouts on this channel to get you to your goals! This workout is great for training all sections of your leg muscles at home like your quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, and Calves, leg, shoulders, biceps, triceps basically the whole body.
This can be a perfect home RESISTANCE band workout beginner.
-IF you find this workout too hard you can increase the resting time but no more than 40 seconds.
