I do not recommend that you try this without properly information yourself first and informing the people around you that you are doing this… I decided to challenge MY mental and physical endurance by fasting for 5 days straight and also working out during my water fasting. After reading and listen many podcast where Dr Jason Fung was really breaking dow the right way to do it and also talking about the benefits of fasting, I wanted to really try it and see how I will do. This a great experience and I can tell you that after these 5 day my life really changed a lot. Here’s what happened.
