Sorry that I was sick during the video (just life 🤛🏻) My schedule can get a bit crazy sometimes but I still try to eat a balanced, nutritious diet and foods that I genuinely enjoy! Im eating about 3,150 calories per day. This in not a diet to lose weight but to maintain. Uploading videos 2 times per week. I hope you like this one and help you to give you an idea about what you can eat.
