30 Minute Upper Body HIIT Routine with // Cierra Aguilar

Hey Y’all! I’m Cierra Aguilar a.k.a the FitGloFinatic, and today, you are going to be doing a 30 minute upper body routine with me. This routine can be done with dumbbells at home! It will it work out all of your upper body, including arm, biceps, triceps, back and shoulders. If you don’t have dumbbells, you can use water bottles to replace the dumbbells. It strengthens your muscles and endurance! This 30 minute routine is perfect and easy to follow along for beginners. I demonstrate each exercise. Come put in work with me!
