This 20 minute Butt workout can be done in the comfort of your own home! These exercises are perfect for men and women to shape that butt you want! You can do it with or without dumbbells or resistance bands. Perfect and easy to follow along for beginners. This workout is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. If you don’t have dumbbells, you can use water bottles, jugs or heavy items around the house as weights. This workout is meant to strengthen and build your muscles! I demonstrate each exercise.
