This workout helps you build muscles in your lower body! The 30 minute lower body workout can be done in the comfort of your own home! You can do it with out or without dumbbells. This workout is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. If you don’t have dumbbells, you can use water bottles, jugs or heavy items around the house as weights.
