SUPERSET w/
– Drag Straight bar curls 4×10
– Straight bar curls 28 method (7,7,7,7) (adding reverse curls after full ROM curls)
– Floor Dumbell tricep skull crusher Pyramid circuit (10,10,10) 50 reps total (3 rounds)
SUPERSET w/
– Bent over concentration curls 3×10
– Bicep curl pyramid circuit (10, 10, 10) 50 reps total (3 rounds)
