This is my very first powerlifting competition. It will take place on the 5th of November later this year, so I have a lot of time to max out my lifts. My current back squat is sitting at 170kg/375lbs. My current Deadlift is sitting at 200kg/441lbs. My current Bench Press is sitting at 110kg/243lbs.
