90g Whey House Banana Whey
1 cup Oat Flour (80g Grounded Oats)
1/4 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce (or half cup Coconut Oil)
3 Egg Whites (90g)
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 cup Unsweetend Natural Yoghurt
1 Medium Banana (100g)
1 tsp Natural Vanilla Extract
Zest of 1 Lemon or 1/2 Orange
1 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
Optional: Whey House Chia Seeds and Stevia

Makes 12 muffins
7.2 protein, 20.6 carbohydrates, 2 fats and 124 calories per muffin.
