Welcome once again!!! Today we’re in the gym and I’ll show you how I train my chest with drop sets. Everybody has their own fit journey but I love to stick to old school bodybuilding routines for building my muscles. In this workout I mainly focus on compound movements like barbell bench press, dumbbells incline bench, weighted dips but also isolation training like cable flies.
I hope you enjoy my chest routine, I will upload soon my legday, shoulder workout and others. Although I can’t really squat or deadlift heavy because of pain in my lower back, I will show you some great workouts.
