HALFWAY UPDATE, GYM ROUTINE & SUPPLEMENTS

Back with another video about my 1 month 9KG/20LBS weight loss journey. This is my halfway update where I also present my gym work out routine en the supplements I use. The supplements I’m discussing: creatine, pre work out, protein whey, multi vitamine pills, magnesium & fat burners.
I’m making good progress with Intermittent Fasting and normal cardio, later on I will try HIIT cardio and the Keto diet.

I will soon upload more about how I exercise,
for example squat, deadlift and benchpress and how I also use Keto diet for losing weight. I’m not a personal trainer but have enough knowledge and motivation to share!
