Welcome back!!! Nice to have you again. Today I show you what I eat on an average day of dieting and how I use Intermittent Fasting to optimise weight loss. As you saw in my transformation (link below), I’ve lost 30KG/66LBS in one year. Besides having intense bodybuilding type workouts in the gym and cardio sessions like HIIT training, Intermittent Fasting and measuring my food and macros in MyFitnessPal helped me a lot! I will explain it to you in this video.
