KETO IN MADRID / groceries & morning city run (fasted cardio)

Last week I showed you my plans on how to get back in shape after my birthday week. This time it’s time to put in work. I decided to do fasted cardio with a morning run through beautiful but busy Madrid. It helped me a lot in my KETO progress!
