Welcome once again! This is the second part of my natural bodybuilding transformation.
After I lost 30KG/66LBS in one year, I even managed to lose more weight!
I visited America, Chicago and Las Vegas as a small cheat vacation but I kept going
to the gym on my holiday and after I had even more motivation and dedication to make it happen.
I stayed focussed on every workout, kept doing intermittent fasting (later on I will try KETO) and did cardio like jumping ropes and hiit training.
I’m not a personal trainer so need to improve each exercise like squat and deadlift but this will be my main goal after this cut, I will do a clean bulk this winter and improve my gym routine.
