Welcome back!! Let me share my goals for natural bodybuiding. I did Keto & Intermittent Fasting before but I’m trying to gain some lean muscles now. Therefor I decided to try carb cycling and it’s working really well!
I also explain the pain I have in my lower back, how its stopping me from free weight squats and take you with me to the gym to show you how I train legs.
