100 REP CHALLENGE | CURRENT MAX BENCH 305 | ROAD TO 320
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The challenge was to do 100 reps of my bodyweight on bench press in under 20 minutes! Sounds pretty easy right? Well I added a little twist to the challenge. Before I did the challenge, I would first work up to a max bench of 305 or 320 pounds. Watch the full video to see what happened!!!!
