LEG DAY | FULL ROUTINE

Leg Day Motivation: I got to the gym really late and did not have much time to workout. I hit 3 key exercises to ensure I would be sore the next two days: Squats, Split Squats, and Leg Press. I also did some calves in the beginning as I have been doing them every other day that I am in the gym. Enjoy!
