RAW Chest Day & Basketball: I put together a RAW chest day video for you guys. I had to put some music in the background because the music in the gym was way to loud and I don’t want to get copyrighted. Today I hit some chest. Overall I think I got a good chest workout in. I attempted to break a PR of reps at 275 pounds. Afterwards, instead of doing cardio, we played some basketball. I hope you guys enjoy this RAW chest day workout.
