Simple Chest Day Workout. All I did today was flat bench press and cable flys from the top to workout my chest. I thought that was all I needed to do for chest. Overall it was a good workout! Enjoy the video guys!

What’s up guys. My name is Kyle. Lifting has changed my life by helping me build a body that I love. I hope it can do the same for you as well!
