Hey everyone! I’m so excited to share this video with you all, I recently took a trip to Hocking Hills Ohio and explored the beautiful trails and waterfalls! I found this special spot called the Rock-stall nature preserve that had this absolutely gorgeous waterfall and I couldn’t resist to film a workout video here!!
In this video I will be doing a quick and intense 5 minute Ab workout, all of these exercises are beginner friendly and need no equipment!

1) Cross-body mountain climbers – 45 seconds
2) Long arm crunches – 45 seconds
3) Dead bugs – 30 seconds
4) Scissors – 30 seconds
5) Leg raises – 30 seconds
6) Alternating toe-touch situps – 30 seconds
7) Plank with rotating leg raises – 45 seconds
8) Commando planks – 45 seconds
