Arm Day Workout | Biceps & Triceps | Planet Fitness Beginner Friendly

Hey everyone!

This is a great beginner-friendly workout to tone and strengthen your arms! The upper body has quickly become my favorite kind of workout day, and I’m here to show you an in-depth video on how to use the gym equipment at planet fitness or any gym that you belong to. This workout is focused on higher reps to help build muscle endurance for your tripces and biceps. This workout is nice because it’s fairly simple for all levels of experience!

Make sure to choose challenging weights and to rest between each set!! Also, make sure to really utilize that mind-muscle connection to get those gains and feel a crazy pump/burn!

– Tricep – pull down 3 x 20
– Bicep cable curl 3 x 20
– Tricep dips 3 x 20
– Push-ups 3 x 20
– Tricep extension machine 3 x 20
– Biceps curl machine 3 x 20
– Side lateral raises 3 x 20
– Front lateral raises 3 x 20
