What I Eat In A Day To GAIN MUSCLE & STRENGTH!

Hey Everyone! This video is all about what I eat in a day to build and gain muscle as well as to help with having strength and energy throughout the day! Food is your body’s fuel, it’s so important to have the proper nutrition to help you get results and to also keep your body energized. Depriving yourself of food will only make you tired and not see the results you want.

I have been consistently weight training for three months now and can already see a huge difference in my body and strength. This all was done by consistently training but also because of food!!

I eat 2,500 calories a day, as well as eating six times a day every two hours.

Breakfast
– 1/2 cup of gluten-free oats
– 1 cup of water
– 1 scoop of protein powder
– 1 scoop of collagen powder
– 1 tbs of PB fit powder
– unsweetened almond milk
– 1 cup of frozen fruit
– cinnamon

Snack #1
– PB fit powder
– 1 green apple
– smoked turkey w/ feta cheese

Lunch
– 2 pieces of gluten-free bread
– 1 avocado
– 2 eggs

Snack #2
– Aloha protien bar
– Orro protien shake

Dinner
– Salmon patty
– Mayo

Snack #3
– Gluten-free crackers
– Hummus
