Beginners Full Body Workout #1 – How to lunge, push up, bench and row!

Welcome to MHFitLife, the goal of this channel is to aid you in your fitness journey. If you are a beginner this is a great workout plan to use and to do. You would be doing a full body workout 3 times a week with a rest day in between. You should be focusing on compound movements and exercises in this type of workout plan, which will help build the most amount of muscle and strength. This is a sample workout and these exercises are interchangeable, because you can alter grips and modify. This video shows how to do a lunge, push-up, bench and bent over row!
