This is the first workout program I’m reviewing, Jim Stoppani’s Shortcut to Size, a 12 week program. I want to review this because it was the first workout program I followed, but never finished so I regret not going all the way. It’s a great program especially if you are a beginner because it teaches you the basic fundamentals of training. I enjoyed doing as much as i did and made decent gains.
