First Back and Biceps workout of this channel guys. These are some pretty basic exercises, but doing them correctly will yield in great gains. This workout is from Jim Stoppani’s Shortcut to Size Phase 1 Week 3 of the program. The 3rd week utilizes drop-sets on the last set of every exercises. This basically means that after competing the final set of every exercise, you pick a lighter weight and keep pushing for the same number of reps.
