Many people have horrid deadlift forms and do nothing to fix the problem. Instead, people just pile on weights and rep out with horrible back bending form that makes your eye twitch in horror. There are also some beginners that fear the conventional deadlift because it is a hard movement to master. Hopefully this video is informative and helps out anyone looking to fix their old forms or learning how to conventional deadlift for the first time ever!!
