Short, Sweet & Simple Beginners Full Body Workout #2 – How to squat, pull, press & row!

Welcome to my channel MHFitLife, the goal of this channel is to aid you in your fitness journey. My name is Moinul and if you are a beginner, this is a great workout plan to use and to do. You would be doing a full body workout 3 times a week with a rest day in between. You should be focusing on compound movements and exercises in this type of workout plan, which will help build the most amount of muscle and strength. This is a sample workout and these exercises are interchangeable, because you can alter grips and modify. There are many other exercises you can change out with these, but they work the basic functions of your body. This video shows how to do a squat, pull-up, press and row! The basic functions of your body are to push, pull, squat, lunge, twist and bend.
