CrossFit V’s Bodybuilding – which is better for you? I often get asked this question and my response is very simple. Do both. Both Bodybuilding & CrossFit will get your results and unless you’re a serious competitive athlete in either CrossFit or Bodybuilding, in my opinion, it’s ok to do both.
