As with most, my CrossFit motivation has taken a tumble and last few weeks I wasn’t really focused on pushing it in terms of the metcon side of things. Instead of wallowing in my own self-pity, I decided to take some action and hitting some small conditioning sessions as you’ll see in the video and really starting to enjoy CrossFit® again.
The goal here is the grow the channel & online community as much as we can.
