In this episode, I’ll be sharing a quick workout which I’ve put below here as well. This can be done with 1 dumbbell a kettlebell or you can simply do it with bodyweight.
Play around with the rep scheme and also the time as well. If you’re up for it go longer with higher reps and if you’re strapped for time, simply reduce the time & reps to make it more manageable. 12 Minutes As many reps as you can of:
– 10 Lunges
-10 Hang Snatch
– 10 Devil Press
– 10 Push Press
– 10 Squats
