In today’s video I take on the 1000 lb POWERLIFTING CHALLENGE! The main goal with the 1000 lb Challenge is too lift 1000 lbs TOTAL between a deadlift, squat, and bench press as QUICKLY as possible!
This lifting challenge was an absolute blast and was definitely harder than I originally thought. If you guys are comfortable with Powerlifting, I highly suggest giving the 1000 lb Challenge a try, and be sure to let me know if you beat my time!
